For the past twelve years I have been a professional instructor and trainer for many different breeds of horses and styles of riding. I received a degree from Colorado State University where I was a member of the Colorado State Equestrian Team for 3 years. (continued below)

While at university I was also a member of the World Champion Horse Judging Team. I am currently involved with the equine program at Front Range Community College, and I’m active in several associations, among them The American Morgan Association and The International Arabian Association.

I have a defined focus centering around children’s programs that promotes equestrian skills by developing confident and effective riders. Positive skills and attitudes not only enhance the child’s riding experience, but they also carry over to other aspects of a rider’s life. My programs are constructed to meet and challenge each equestrian’s dreams. The teamwork and friendship developed through the horse world becomes a lifelong experience.

I have been fortunate to have had horse and rider teams that have gained the following distinctions:
- Grand National Unanimous 13 and under - Hunter Equitation
- CES World 13 and under - Hunter Pleasure
- Senior Western Seat Equitation Champion - Morgan Grand National
- RCS World Western Pleasure 14-15 year olds
- World Champion Walk/Trot - Hunter Pleasure
- 2 Reserve World Road Hack
- Reserve World Hunter Medal on the Flat
- World Champion Senior - Hunter Equitation
- Multiple People Choice awards for horse & rider
