The indoor arena is 8,500 square feet in size. Walls are constructed of tongue and groove varnished wood. It is heated and an overhead sprinkler system has been installed for dust control.

There is an apron between the offices and the arena for people traffic and viewing. There is also a balcony overlooking the arena.

The main barn contains 34 stalls, remodeled in 2006, 6 tack rooms and a wash rack with hot water.

Vintage Small Barn
and Shed Rows

Charming, 1915 vintage small barn with 9 stalls in excellent condition. Wash rack with hot water. Also 12 stalls with runs with breeze way. 45 additional shelters with runs. Facilities for 103 horses. All stalls and runs have automatic heated waterers, which have recently been reconditioned.

There are 2 conveniently located covered tack up areas with tack rooms, and a picturesque line shack
